Solutions 4 Lyfe (S4L) is dedicated to fostering tangible and lasting social change through a comprehensive approach that engages changemakers, innovators, and allies. Our organization operates at the intersection of strategic governance and operational excellence, mobilizing diverse stakeholders to achieve collective impact.
Our mission is to create an end-to-end pathway to social change by creating value for changemakers, innovators, and allies and increasing access to diverse funding opportunities, customers, and collaborations.
At S4L, our primary purpose is to establish an end-to-end pathway for social change that transcends conventional approaches. We believe in creating systems where every partner — whether they are changemakers, innovators, or allies — not only contributes to our shared mission but also derives individual value and revenue opportunities. By aligning strategic goals with operational execution, we aim to maximize our impact and sustainability.

Larry Afun, Research Director, Empowerment Research Consortium
Larry is the founder of Bayes. Larry brings expertise in conducting research that informs evidence-based practices and policies. He Provides strategic guidance on leveraging research findings to drive impactful initiatives and measure outcomes.

Ingrid Wilson, Human Resources Director, Be the Change
Ingrid is the founder and principal of Gridfern Strategic HR. Ingrid focuses on organizational development and capacity building, ensuring effective HR strategies and practices. She Supports the development of a diverse and inclusive organizational culture.
